Simple 4th of July page (tired of seeing those yet? ;)  )  The wavy edge was done with a wavy edge ruler- you just press it onto your paper and tear.  There are a few manufacturers that make them, but I use the Fiskars brand.  And they come in a few different patterns.  It just adds a bit more dimension to an edge without a lot of work.
